6 cloves of garlic, grated very fine
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup Maple sugar
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup Bourbon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons of water
